Established in 2002, one red lily is a new online florist committed to providing customers with high standards of service for floral arrangements and deliveries. Currently we operate primarily in the Klang Valley providing FREE delivery to the metropolitan areas of Kuala Lumpur & Petaling Jaya. At one red lily we have combined 20 over years experience in the floral design and arrangement with 15 years of business management and consulting to bring you what we hope is a convenient and high quality website / call centre for your floral and gift needs.

Location

The advantage of being an online florist is that we can operate anywhere.
We were previously operating from Shah Alam, with a business & administration centre in Sri Hartamas. We have since consolidated both practices and now operate from our new centre in SS2 Petaling Jaya.

We operate from 9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.
We operate from 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m on Saturdays.
We are CLOSED on SUNDAYS and Public Holidays.

Grace Lim & Crissty Chiang
Over 5 years experience in business & management, they oversee the design and procurement department to ensure that trends and designs are in step with the current styles in the US and Europe, while keeping an eye on quality standards.
They also oversee activities relating to marketing and branding of one red lily .
They are always open to feedback and suggestions from customers.

The young and energetic floral arrangement team is guided by Grace and our floral consultant who is one of only 4 designers in Malaysia recognised by the A.I.F.D. (American Institute of Floral Designers) and with 20 plus years of experience behind her.
