Standard floral orders should be placed by 5:00 p.m. on any working day for delivery to be carried out the next working day.

Deliveries are usually carried out starting at 9:30 a.m. Mon-Sat (except public holidays).
There will be NO deliveries on SUNDAYS and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

Note: All times are quoted in Malaysian time (GMT+8).

For peak seasonal periods like Valentines Day and Mothers Day, it is advisable to order at least five (5) days in advance.

Floral Deliveries (outside the Klang Valley)

Currently one red lily does not have branches outside the Klang Valley. However should you require to order flowers for delivery to other parts of Malaysia, we will be happy to help coordinate the order for you with our alliance florists throughout the country. Note however that the designs and arrangements are very much in the hands of our alliance florists and there will be variations from the actual products that one red lily offers. Depending on the alliance florist and location, there may also be a delivery charge attached. Such orders are best placed via email ( contact@oneredlily.com )

Orders for floral deliveries outside the Klang Valley should be placed at least two (2) days (excluding weekends and public holidays) before the desired delivery date.

Non-Floral Deliveries

We occasionally carry non-floral items that can be shipped to our customers via courier.
Such deliveries will attract the corresponding courier charges.

Within Malaysia, please allow at least 24 working hours for shipping.
For shipments outside of Malaysia, please contact us at contact@oneredlily.com and we will be happy to accomodate your order wherever possible.
